Yes, worth it. After buying a doll on the website last year, I bought another head. Something went wrong during shipping and the doll head was lost for a couple of weeks, but after emailing the seller, the seller responded immediately, the problem was resolved, and a few days later I had my (amazing!) new doll head. Customer service is easy when things are going well, but as it turns out, when things go wrong, they can do it.
