Communication with the support staff is always good and helpful and questions and requests are answered quickly. Regular updates on orders keep you informed every step of the way. You get tons of information on how to proceed (maybe a bit too much :P, but I’m not complaining). The dolls are just as beautiful as in the photos. I’ll probably come back for another one.
